Tom was working for the DEMSTAR program as a research assistant in almost two years. He assisted Program Co-Director, Assistant professor Lars Johannsen, and also provides assistance with methodological and statistical analysis. 

Tom is a graduate student (stud.scient.pol) at the Department of Political Science at the University of Aarhus, and institutional theory is his main area of interest.
