Luise Pape Møller

		Research Assistant Luise Pape Møller is working as a research assistant on reforms of the telecommunications sector as a way of measuring state capacity. She has mainly worked on a case-study of the Hungarian telecom sector, which is an outlier because of the rapid qualitative and quantitative development of its telecom network.
